JOB RESPONSIBILITY

a) Finance &  Accounts Department :
  • Supervision & Maintenance of general accounts in highly automated and computerized environment.

  • Final closing of accounts at the end of financial year.

  • Liasion with Bank and other financial institutions.

  • Documentation for cash credits limits, term loans.

  • Statutory & Internal Audits.

  • Costing & Budgeting Management.

  • Fixed assets Management.

  • Compliance with various loan agreements.

  • Compliance of various Accounts Standard.

b) Secretarial & Legal Department :
  • Formalities of registrar of companies such as filling various forms, returns etc., as per companies Act, 1956

  • Holding of annual general meeting , EOGM and board meeting from time to time.

  • Preparation of minutes book.

  • Maintenance of various return / registers as per companies Act,1956.

  • Other legal work including integrated management system of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004.

c) Taxation :
  • General affairs under Rajasthan Sales Tax and Central Sales Tax Act such as state tax exemption, sales tax assessment etc.

  • Matters under Central Excise Act such as MODVAT, PLA, RG-23 and maintenance of other records.

  • Income Tax matters of the company, all other group concerns such as preparation, and filling of returns, assessment proceeding and other liasion work in Taxation.

d) Personnel & Administration :
  • General administration of the company. Appointment of staff and other personnel for the organization.

  • Compliance of various labour acts such as factory Act, Minimum wages Act, Bonus Act etc.

  • Maintenance of various records pertaining to staff and other matters of concern,

e) Exports & Marketing:
  • Documemtation for shipment.

  • Liaison with various buyers of exports-market.

  • Realization of letter of credits.

  • Statement of sales with company's annual marketing budget.

f)  I. T. Operations :
  • Computerization of accounts.

  • Computerization of payroll and attendence system

  • Computerization of stores & purchase operations and documentations.

  • Computerization of analysis process for production activities.

  • Computerization of other mining operations and analysis operations.

g) Materials Management :
  • Supervision and improvisation of procedures, documents, and functionig related to material management and Inventry Control.

  • Department/machinary wise analysis of issues and feasibility in operations.

  • Introduction of innovative spare parts storage concept.

h) Other Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of records related to production.

  • Analysis and decision of suppliers.

  • Technology update analysis.

  • Over all administration of workers.

  • Environment Management Representative for implementation ISO 14001 at mining division of M/s R.K. Marble Pvt. Ltd., Morwad.
